Anyone looking for an installation company gets the same promises everywhere: reliable, flexible, experienced. That is easy to write. So we have set out what actually stands behind ours – every point either documented, checkable by asking, or verifiable on site.

What we can do – and can prove
Specialists for what does not go to plan
The jobs that end up with us are rarely standard: a machine that does not fit through the door. A component that can no longer be bought. A shutdown that has to end today. That is exactly what we are here for.
Our own people, not bought-in gangs
The core of our crew is permanently employed – mechanics, electricians, mechatronics engineers, machine fitters. They know each other, they know our standards, and on Monday they are still the same people as on Friday.
Lifting AP: Hebearbeiten in eigener Verantwortung
On data centre and industrial sites we plan, check and take responsibility for lifting operations ourselves – from the load calculation through the approval to supervision on site. That role is not handed to you, you work your way into it.
Trainers and examiners in-house
Since 2026 we have been training operators for cranes (TÜV Nord), mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers ourselves and examining them. The knowledge sits with us – not with a service provider you first have to book.
Our own EHS standard, not just a signature
Our occupational safety is set out in our own bilingual rulebook based on DGUV, BetrSichV and TRBS, with ten binding Omega safety rules. We do not just meet our clients’ requirements – we have our own.
Our own workshop with machine tools
Lathe and milling machine, welding bays, stores. We make spare parts, adapters and assemblies ourselves instead of waiting for delivery times. That saves more deadlines than any schedule could.

When we are there – and how fast
With us, time-critical does not mean “we will try”. It means our own equipment, our own stores, our own people – and a time window that you set.
24 hours, 7 days, 365 days
We work when your production is stopped: at night, at weekends, at Easter and Christmas, during shutdowns. You set the time window, we work around it.
Prepared for what is not in the plan
Our vehicles, special trailers and stores are set up for contingencies. If something is missing on site, it is usually already with us – or there within two hours.
Our own lifting and transport solutions
Lifting systems, special trailers, our self-built Lift-&-Shift-Ausrüstung and a mobile workshop. We do not depend on a hire company picking up the phone on a Sunday.
Short routes instead of a sales loop
With us there is no sales department between you and the answer. You speak to someone who has done the work themselves – and so you get a sound first assessment quickly.
Just in Time
On time means, for us: at the agreed time, with the agreed team, with the agreed equipment. We flag delays before they happen.
Working throughout Germany and Europe
Our focus is the Rhine-Main region. For projects that suit us we travel throughout Germany and elsewhere in Europe – English as the project language and English documentation are standard.

How a project runs with us
From the first phone call to acceptance. What is described here is the sequence you actually experience – not the ideal picture from a brochure.
Feasibility check before the quotation
In the first conversation we establish what you need, what is technically possible and where time and money can be saved. If a project will not work as intended, we say so – before the order, not after.
Needs assessment on site
Drawings rarely show the pipe that is in the way. So we look at the situation before we calculate. That saves variation orders on both sides.
One personal point of contact
You have one name and one number – from the first conversation to acceptance. No ticket system, no changing responsibilities.
Transparent quotations
You see what you are getting: services, hourly rates, surcharges and additional costs are all named. What is not included is stated as well.
The Omega Mounting filter
We do not accept every job. If someone else can do it better or cheaper, we tell you. It costs us work and saves you trouble.
Documentation that carries your sign-off
Time sheets, site reports, photo documentation, inspection and acceptance records. On data centre sites in the format your commissioning process requires.

How we work
A standardised way of working
Risk assessments, operating and work instructions are held in a maintained register. Every site starts to the same pattern – including the one that begins at three in the morning.
Strong on the concept, strong on delivery
We do not just plan and we do not just turn spanners. Both from one source means what was planned can actually be built – because the same people have to do it later.
A digital SME
Cloud-based office, digital work instructions, an app for time sheets, site reports and sign-offs. You get documents digitally, not three weeks later by post.

We take the pressure off your own team

More than employees: the mounting crew
Whoever finishes early helps the next one. It sounds like a platitude, but it is the reason projects that were tightly costed still get finished here.
Developing the next generation
We train apprentices – and since 2026 we examine them ourselves too. Anyone starting with us learns on real projects rather than at a workbench in a back room.
An employer people stay with
Their own tools, their own vehicle, responsibility from day one – and support when something goes wrong in their private life. You notice it on your site in the faces that come back.
Local supporters and social commitment
We support clubs and people in the region. A Facebook appeal during the Ahr valley flood grew into the non-profit Bauwerk Rodgau gGmbH, which has been helping in disasters at home and abroad ever since.
A clear mission: Vision 2030
We want to be the partner people call first on difficult jobs. The way there is the same as it has always been: service, qualified people and performance on site.
Continuity since 2012
Owner-managed, a GmbH since 2019, with many customers who have been with us for years. Management does not stand to one side – it is on the project too.
