We do try to answer the phone. But when our hands are inside a machine, a lift is under way or we are working in a restricted area, that is not possible – and you end up holding the line instead of getting an answer.
That is why email and WhatsApp are the faster route. You describe once what it is about; we come back as soon as the work allows – with someone who can actually answer your question. Our office is staffed Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm; on the mobile you can often reach us earlier and later too, because our fitters are out long before the office opens.
What most enquiries are about: Industrial assembly and plant installation, machine relocations, Lift & shift in the data centre, Maintenance and servicing, industrial dismantling or a Custom fabricationthat cannot be bought off the shelf. Advice and an assessment cost nothing. And if we are not the right people for your case, we will say so openly – usually along with who might be instead.
I am still out on site myself and deal with my clients’ concerns personally. With more than 20 years across a wide range of industries, I know exactly what I am talking about. That is why you get a first proposed solution quickly – and not an answer that has to take the detour through a sales department.

What is the fastest way to reach you?
By email or WhatsApp. Our fitters often have their hands inside a machine or are coordinating a lift – and then nobody can get to the phone. A message, on the other hand, always arrives and is answered as soon as the work allows. For calls, our office is staffed Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
Why does someone not always answer the phone?
Because our people work on sites and inside plant, not at a desk. We try to pick up, but during a lift, in a restricted area or with our hands inside a machine it is simply not possible. That is not a lack of interest – and it is why we prefer messages.
Is there an on-call service for urgent cases?
Yes – for clients in critical infrastructure we set up a dedicated on-call service with its own number, for example for data centres, airports and operators where an outage cannot wait. That number is not public; it is agreed as part of the working relationship. If you need that level of availability, talk to us.
When are your fitters at work?
Considerably longer than the office is open. Installation happens when the plant allows it: early in the morning, at night, at weekends or during a shutdown window. That is exactly why you can reach the office from 9 am to 3 pm but the mobile often outside those hours too.
What should the enquiry include?
Most helpful are: which plant it concerns, what has happened or needs to happen, when work is allowed at your site and what the access looks like. Photos of the plant and the installation situation often save a whole round of questions. And if you do not know all of it – no problem, we will ask.
Do advice or a site visit cost anything?
No. Advice, an assessment and usually the site visit too are free and without obligation. Costs only arise once a quotation is accepted – at rates we set out openly in that quotation.
