Industrial assembly for automotive & mechanical engineering

Where the line runs to a cycle, skill alone is not what counts – it is being able to finish inside the given window. That is exactly what we are built for.

The cycle governs everything – installation included

In the automotive and mechanical engineering industry, installation is not an isolated trade but part of a cycle that must not skip a beat.

A production line rarely stands still. When it does, it is planned: in the weekend window, during the plant shutdown, between two shifts. Anything not finished within that window costs a multiple of the installation itself.

We have been working in exactly these windows for over 20 years – on overhead conveyor systems, paint shops, test rigs, crane runways and conveyor technology. We bring mechanics, electrics and welding in one team.

Four reasons why plants call us in

Meeting shutdown windows

We plan backwards from the production cycle: procurement, prefabrication and personnel are in place before the window. What is prepared on Friday evening runs on Monday morning.

Overhead conveyor specialists

Over 15 years of overhead conveyors: welding rails and curves, overhauling lifters, refurbishing pins and bushings in series, cleaning conductor rails.

In-house fabrication instead of lead times

Our own workshop in Rodgau with metalwork, welding and a milling machine. If a part is no longer available, we make it.

Everything from a single source

Mechanics, electrics and welding in the same team – no losses at the interfaces, no waiting between trades.

What we take on in automotive & mechanical engineering

From a single repair in the shutdown window to a complete plant relocation – with a clear interface to your specialist trades.

Electric overhead conveyors

Maintenance, repair welding on rails and lifters, series refurbishment of pins and bearings – our speciality for over 15 years.

Lift & Shift

Moving machines and plant in, relocating them and taking them out – including where the building was long since built around the machine.

Plant conversion in existing facilities

Test rigs, paint shops, conveyor technology: converted, extended, raised – planned during live operations, delivered inside the window.

Mechanics & electrics

Mechatronics engineers in the team: installation up to the main switch, adjusting sensors, setting end positions, supervising the test run.

Crane technology

Crane runways, suspension cranes, gantry and overhead travelling cranes – installed, replaced, modernised, including conductor rail and support during acceptance.

Custom fabrication

Reinforcement plates, fitting pieces, impact protection: what can no longer be bought, we make in our own workshop.

Every industry has its own rhythm

A maintenance window in the automotive industry follows different rules than one in logistics or food production. Anyone who does not know the difference plans past the operation.

Automotive & Mechanical Engineering

The weekend window

Production in two or three shifts, shutdown only at weekends or during plant holidays. Systems such as overhead conveyors accumulate hundreds of thousands of load cycles a year.

Logistics & intralogistics

The night between two peaks

Sorting systems and loading technology run at their limit seasonally. Repairs often happen during the day shift on a running line – or in a few night-time hours.

Food & beverage

Between two cleaning cycles

Hygiene and cleaning set the rhythm. Hall air carrying sugar or flour attacks equipment that runs for years without trouble elsewhere.

How a shutdown window succeeds

01SITE WALKInspecting the system, reviewing findings from the last service, reading out the fault memory, clarifying access and loads.
02PREPARATIONProcuring wear parts, prefabricating special parts, sequencing the work and the crew. Whatever has to be manufactured is made beforehand.
03DELIVERYIn the window we install, we do not improvise. Working in parallel wherever possible – every step is planned.
04HANDOVERTest runs under realistic load, photo documentation, a report – and the list of findings for the next window.

Automotive & mechanical engineering: answered directly

Do you work during live production?

Yes, where occupational safety allows. Preparatory work, repairs on isolated sections and installation above cordoned-off areas run in parallel with production. Work on load-bearing parts, lifters and switches, on the other hand, needs a genuine shutdown window.

At how short notice can you take on a weekend window?

For planned windows we need lead time for procurement and prefabrication – ideally two to three weeks. For emergencies we can be reached by WhatsApp & phone and are usually on site within a day in the Rhine-Main region.

Do you also handle the electrics or only the mechanics?

Both. Our mechatronics engineers install up to the main switch, adjust sensors and end positions and supervise the test run. The mains connection and the formal acceptance are usually handled by your in-house electricians or an inspector.

What do you do when a spare part is no longer available?

We make it. In our workshop in Rodgau we do metalwork, welding and milling – from reinforcement plates and fitting pieces to a face-milled gearbox flange. On systems over 15 years old this is often the only route that fits into the maintenance window.

Which regions do you operate in?

We are based in Rodgau near Frankfurt – in the Rhine-Main region we are on site quickly, from Offenbach through Hanau and Aschaffenburg to Darmstadt and Mainz. For plant conversions and relocations we work throughout Germany.

Do you have experience with the safety requirements of large manufacturers?

Yes. We regularly work under plant rules with access control, work permits and documented risk assessments – the same system we know from data centres and Frankfurt Airport. Our own EHS standard is set out in writing.
