BETRIEBSAUSSTATTUNG: WAS IN DIE HALLE GEHT

Racking, workstations, test bays, washing plants: in industrial operations we install what belongs in the hall – and take it out again when it has to go.

EINE FIRMA FÜR ALLES, WAS IN DER HALLE STEHT

Operational equipment is rarely a single trade. A new warehouse needs racking, impact protection and lighting. A new workshop needs workstations, cabinets, compressed air and power. And whoever clears a hall needs someone who also takes things out again – cleanly and without damaging the building.

That is exactly what we do: in industrial companies we install and remove whatever goes into the hall. Mechanics, metalwork and electrics come from the same team, so you are not coordinating three companies waiting on each other.

And where something is damaged, we look at repair first. A racking frame that has been hit does not automatically mean a whole new racking system.

FOUR REASONS WHY COMPANIES CALL US IN

Everything that goes into the hall

From racking through test bays to washing plants: we install and remove what an industrial operation needs in its hall – one point of contact instead of one company per trade.

Racking & storage technology, complete

Installing, converting and extending cantilever, pallet and high-bay racking up to around eight metres – including in sensitive areas and alongside live warehouse operations.

Repair instead of replace

A frame that has been hit is no reason for a new system. We repair racking, replace individual components and document the work for the inspection.

Workshop & workstations

Assembly and test bays, drawer cabinets, workbenches, lighting: set up, connected and handed over ready for use – not just delivered.

WAS WIR IN DER BETRIEBSAUSSTATTUNG ÜBERNEHMEN

From a single cabinet to a complete hall fit-out – installed, converted, repaired and removed.

Racking & storage technology

Installing, extending and relocating cantilever, pallet and high-bay racking. Including alignment, anchoring and documentation for the recurring inspection.

Racking repair & impact protection

Repairing or replacing damaged frames and beams, adding impact and collision protection – so the same damage does not come back in six months.

Workshop & workstations

Building assembly, test and final assembly bays, installing drawer cabinets and workbenches, connecting lighting and compressed air – handed over ready to use.

Washing & cleaning technology

Installing and connecting parts washing systems and wall-mounted pressure washer stations: pipework bent on site, water and power connected, commissioned.

Room modules & containers

Positioning, joining and commissioning office containers and room modules – with plumbing, power and air conditioning where needed. And removing them again when they have to go.

Dismantling & clearance

Clearing halls and areas: dismantling, sorting and removing plant and equipment properly – without leaving damage to the building.

EVERY INDUSTRY HAS ITS OWN RHYTHM

A hall fit-out follows different rules than a repair on the line. Knowing both makes for realistic planning.

Automotive & Mechanical Engineering

The weekend window

Production on two or three shifts, downtime only at weekends. The window is fixed – what fits into it is decided in advance.

business equipment

The space that has to be cleared

Here the bottleneck is not time but space. We work area by area: clear, install, move on – so operations are never left completely without their floor space.

Logistics & intralogistics

The night between two peaks

Sorting and loading equipment runs at its limit seasonally. Repairs happen at night, at weekends or alongside operations – and before the peak season, not in the middle of it.

HOW A HALL FIT-OUT SUCCEEDS

01SITE SURVEYChecking floor space, heights and substrate, clarifying access and storage areas, agreeing with you what stays and what goes.
02PREPARATIONScheduling material, prefabricating special parts, sequencing areas and order – so the floor space is never blocked longer than necessary.
03DELIVERYClearing, installing and connecting area by area. Anchoring, aligning, connecting electrics and services – in planned sections.
04HANDOVERFunction test, instruction, documentation for the recurring inspection – and a broom-clean floor.

PROJECTS FROM OPERATIONAL EQUIPMENT

OPERATIONAL EQUIPMENT: ANSWERED DIRECTLY

Does a damaged racking system have to be replaced completely?

In most cases, no. A frame that has been hit or a deformed beam can be repaired or replaced as a single component – considerably cheaper than a new system and available faster. We assess the damage, carry out the repair and document it so the recurring inspection can build on it. Only where the load capacity cannot be restored do we recommend replacement.

Can you work during live warehouse operations?

Yes, in that case we work area by area. One section is cleared and cordoned off, we convert or install there, then the working area moves on. That keeps the rest of the warehouse usable. How large the sections can be depends on your capacity to relocate stock – we clarify that during the site survey.

Do you also dismantle and clear halls?

Yes, that is explicitly part of it. We dismantle racking, equipment and plant properly, sort by recycling and disposal and hand over the area without damage to the building. In site relocations in particular this is often the part nobody else feels responsible for.

Do you also handle water, power and compressed air connections?

Within the usual scope, yes. We connect parts washing systems and pressure washer stations, bend pipework to fit on site, connect it and commission it. Mechanics and electrics come from the same team. The building service connection and the formal acceptance are handled by your specialist contractor or inspector.

Do you also fit out complete workshops?

Yes. Assembly and test bays, drawer cabinets, workbenches, lighting and services connections – we do not just drop the equipment off, we install it, align it and hand it over ready for use. On request including the removal of the old equipment.

Which regions do you operate in?

We are based in Rodgau near Frankfurt, with a focus on the Rhine-Main region. For larger projects we travel throughout Germany – including the Fulda area, Mainz and Kassel.
