Wie schnell sind Sie bei einem Notfall vor Ort?

Über unsere WhatsApp & Telefon sind wir durchgehend erreichbar – auch am Wochenende. Im Rhein-Main-Gebiet sind wir in der Regel innerhalb weniger Stunden am Objekt. Ein Notstromaggregat-Tausch in Dietzenbach hat an einem Sonntagabend begonnen, weil die Redundanz weg war und niemand bis Montag warten wollte.

Lohnt sich die Reparatur eines Generators oder sollte er ersetzt werden?

Das entscheidet der Befund, nicht der Kalender. Ein undichter Radiator, ein defekter Kühler oder eine gerissene Halterung sind reparierbar – wir setzen instand und nehmen die Arbeit mit Drucktest ab. Erst wenn Grundkomponenten am Ende sind oder Ersatzteile nicht mehr verfügbar sind, wird der Austausch wirtschaftlich. Wir sagen Ihnen offen, wo die Grenze liegt.

Wie groß dürfen Generator und Netzersatzanlage sein?

Der größte von uns aufgebaute Generator hatte 3 MW, die schwerste gehobene Container-NEA wog 54 Tonnen. Für die Einbringung setzen wir je nach Lage Autokrane bis 220 t oder unsere eigene Hebetechnik ein – letztere gerade dort, wo das Gebäude fertig ist und kein Kran mehr hineinreicht.

Übernehmen Sie auch die Abgas- und Schalldämpftechnik?

Ja, das ist einer unserer Schwerpunkte. Wir haben 26 SCR-Systeme aufgeständert und montiert sowie 12 doppelte Turbo-Silencer eingebaut, teilweise über laufenden Generatoren. Dazu gehören die Stahlbaukonstruktion, die Verrohrung und die Abstimmung mit den angrenzenden Gewerken.

Sind Sie an einen Generatorenhersteller gebunden?

Nein. Wir arbeiten mit einem breiten Netzwerk an Generatorenanbietern zusammen und montieren herstellerunabhängig. Für Sie heißt das: Sie bekommen die Maschine, die zu Ihrem Fall und Ihrem Zeitplan passt – und bei Wartung und Reparatur einen Ansprechpartner, der nicht nur eine Marke kennt.

Can you work on the standby power system without losing redundancy?

As a rule, yes. We work on the released string while the other keeps the supply up, and proceed in steps that can be reversed at any time. Where an intervention does affect the whole system, we plan the window as short as possible, prepare everything and agree the changeover with you beforehand.

How quickly can you be on site in an emergency?

We can be reached at any time by WhatsApp and phone – weekends included. In the Rhine-Main region we are usually on site within a few hours. A standby generator replacement in Dietzenbach began on a Sunday evening, because the redundancy was gone and nobody wanted to wait until Monday.

Is it worth repairing a generator or should it be replaced?

The findings decide that, not the calendar. A leaking radiator, a faulty cooler or a cracked bracket can be repaired – we fix them and sign the work off with a pressure test. Only when core components are at the end of their life or spare parts are no longer available does replacement make economic sense. We will tell you openly where that line runs.

How large can the generator and standby power system be?

The largest generator we have installed was 3 MW, and the heaviest containerised unit we have lifted weighed 54 tonnes. Depending on the situation we use mobile cranes up to 220 t or our own lifting equipment to move them in – the latter especially where the building is finished and no crane can reach inside.

Do you handle the exhaust and silencer systems as well?

Yes, that is one of our specialities. We have frame-mounted and installed 26 SCR systems and fitted 12 twin turbo silencers, some of them above running generators. That includes the steel structure, the pipework and coordination with the adjacent trades.

Are you tied to one generator manufacturer?

No. We work with a broad network of generator suppliers and install independently of manufacturer. For you that means you get the machine that suits your case and your schedule – and for maintenance and repair, a contact who knows more than one brand.
