Bei Maschinenumzügen gibt es eine Stelle, an der die meisten Projekte teuer werden: die Übergabe. Die eine Firma baut ab, die nächste fährt, die dritte baut auf – und wenn am Ende etwas fehlt oder nicht passt, war es keiner. Wir sind ein Montagebetrieb, der die ganze Kette selbst übernimmt: demontieren, transportieren, wieder aufbauen, anschließen und anfahren.
The decisive part happens during dismantling. We label assemblies, photograph installed positions, mark up cables and lines and sort small parts. That turns reassembly into installation to plan rather than guesswork – and that is exactly what separates a machine relocation from a transport job.
And because both buildings are rarely easy to access, we bring our own lifting equipment for both ends: out of the old building and into the new one.

Aufnahme & Umzugskonzept
Walking both sites, recording dimensions, weights, routes and utility connections, defining how far to dismantle and in what order. The concept is drawn up before the first spanner is picked up.
Dismantling with documentation
Dismantling with reassembly in mind: labelled, photographed, marked up, small parts sorted and assemblies secured for transport.
Ausbringen & Einbringen
Out of the old building and into the new one with our own lifting equipment – along existing routes, including out of basements and tight service corridors.
Transport organisiert
Maschinentransport mit Ladungssicherung, geeigneten Fahrzeugen und koordinierten Terminen – abgestimmt auf die Zerlegung, damit am Zielort in der richtigen Reihenfolge ankommt, was gebraucht wird.
Wiederaufbau & Ausrichtung
Positioning, levelling, anchoring, linking: at the new site the plant is rebuilt from the dismantling documentation – without searching or guessing.
Anschluss & Inbetriebnahme
Installation up to the main switch, utilities connected, sensors and end positions adjusted, test run supervised. The relocation ends when the machine is producing.

Für die einzelne Maschine im Rhein-Main-Gebiet haben wir Ortsseiten mit Anfahrtszeiten und dokumentierten Einsätzen. Wenn eine Linie, eine Halle oder ein ganzer Maschinenpark umzieht, planen wir das als Verlagerung – als Anlagenverlagerung, Werksverlagerung oder komplette Betriebsverlagerung.

Do you handle the transport as well, or only dismantling and reassembly?
Wir übernehmen die ganze Kette und koordinieren den Transport mit. Genau dort entstehen sonst die Probleme: Wenn Abbau, Fahrt und Aufbau auf drei Firmen verteilt sind, verliert sich die Verantwortung an den Übergabepunkten. Bei uns steht eine Firma dafür ein, dass die Maschine am neuen Standort wieder läuft. Ein klassisches Umzugsunternehmen endet an der Rampe – bei einer Produktionsmaschine fängt die Arbeit dort erst an.
How do you make sure nothing is missing during reassembly?
Through the documentation done during dismantling. We label assemblies, photograph installed positions, mark up cables and lines and assign small parts to their assemblies. That turns reassembly into installation to plan. An extra hour during dismantling regularly saves days at the destination.
What if no crane can reach the new site?
That is the rule rather than the exception, and we are set up for it. We bring our own lifting equipment for both ends – mini cranes and spider cranes fit through ordinary doors. Where even that is not enough, we keep dismantling until the assemblies fit through the opening that exists.
Can you move a machine within the same hall?
Yes, and often within a single weekend. We lift, move across the existing floor – whose load capacity we check beforehand – realign, anchor and recommission. There is no transport route outside, which cuts time and cost considerably.
Do you handle relocations abroad as well?
Yes. Jobs have taken us to Italy, France and Luxembourg, among others. English as the project language goes without saying, as does documentation to the client’s requirements. For projects abroad we allow more lead time, because routes, approvals and regulations need more coordination.
How long does it take to move a machine?
That depends on how far it has to be dismantled, the distance and the accessibility – not on the size of the machine alone. Moving within a plant is often a weekend; a change of site takes anything from days to weeks depending on the plant. After walking both sites you get a sound schedule instead of an estimate.
