INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATION FOR LOGISTICS & INTRALOGISTICS

A logistics centre cannot stand still. We install, repair and replace loading and conveying equipment when the operation allows it – at night, at weekends or during live operation.

WHEN THE TECHNOLOGY STOPS, THE CHAIN STOPS

In logistics there is a chain behind every system: if a loading dock fails, the yard backs up; if a sorter stops, the goods stay put. So in this sector it is not enough for a repair to be technically sound – it also has to fit a time window the operation dictates.

We work where operations continue alongside: above cordoned-off areas, on isolated dock doors, on the night shift between two peaks. Whatever can be prepared is made beforehand in our workshop in Rodgau – so that the window is used for installing, not improvising.

And when a spare part is no longer available, the job does not end there. We simply make it.

FOUR REASONS WHY LOGISTICS OPERATORS CALL US IN

Repairs during live operations

Where health and safety allows, we work alongside the operation: cordoned-off areas, isolated sections, individual dock doors instead of whole halls. The chain keeps running while we repair.

Complete loading technology

Dock levellers, folding ramps, sectional doors, buffers, wheel chocks and restraint systems: one point of contact for the entire loading bay instead of four companies waiting on each other.

Series rollouts across many sites

The same equipment at 50+ sites, the same standard, documented to the same template. We plan the route, schedule the teams and deliver a clean report for every location.

Beyond the standard too

When the part is no longer available or never existed, we make it: custom impact protection, fitting pieces, reinforcements, special constructions. Our own workshop with welding and milling in Rodgau.

WHAT WE TAKE ON IN LOGISTICS & INTRALOGISTICS

From a failed loading dock to a rollout across 50 sites – mechanics, welding and electrics from one team.

Loading & door technology

Replacing dock levellers and folding ramps or converting them to hydraulics, installing and repairing sectional doors, buffers, impact protection, wheel chocks and restraint systems.

Conveying & sorting systems

Tilt trays, tilting airlocks, belt and roller conveyors: repairs to frames and bearing points, drive replacement, fixing causes instead of symptoms.

UVV repairs & release

Properly repairing flagged welds and load-bearing structures, documenting the work and bringing the closed dock door back into service.

Warehouse & racking technology

High-bay racking, cantilever and pallet racking, storage lifts and paternoster units: installed, relocated, complete site moves including reassembly.

Series rollout

The same work at many sites – planned as a route, with dedicated teams, consistent execution and a report for each location.

Custom fabrication

Custom impact protection, fitting pieces, reinforcement plates, brackets: whatever can no longer be bought is made in our workshop.

EVERY INDUSTRY HAS ITS OWN RHYTHM

A maintenance window in logistics follows different rules from one in the automotive industry. Knowing both means planning realistically.

Automotive & Mechanical Engineering

The weekend window

Production on two or three shifts, downtime only at weekends. The window is fixed – what fits into it is decided in advance.

Logistics & intralogistics

The night between two peaks

Sorting and loading equipment runs at its limit seasonally. Repairs happen at night, at weekends or alongside operations – and before the peak season, not in the middle of it.

Food & beverage

Between two cleaning cycles

Hygiene and cleaning set the rhythm. The air in the hall has to stay clean – welding and cutting only with extraction and a permit.

HOW A NIGHT WINDOW SUCCEEDS

01SITE WALKViewing the system in operation, reviewing findings and inspection defects, clarifying access, loads and restricted areas.
02PREPARATIONProcuring parts, prefabricating special items, agreeing night or weekend windows with shift management and security.
03DELIVERYWithin the window we install, we do not improvise. Working in parallel where possible – the yard stays usable for as long as it can.
04HANDOVERFunction test under load, photo documentation, report – and the list of findings for the next window.

PROJECTS FROM LOGISTICS & INTRALOGISTICS

No marketing copy – documented jobs with real findings, all in our job diary.

LOGISTICS & INTRALOGISTICS: ANSWERED DIRECTLY

Do you work at night and at weekends?

Yes – in logistics that is more the rule than the exception. We plan night and weekend windows in from the start and agree them with shift management and security. Where health and safety allows, we also work alongside live operations – above cordoned-off areas or on individual, isolated dock doors.

How quickly can you be on site for a failed loading dock?

We can be reached at any time by WhatsApp and phone and are usually at the dock within a day in the Rhine-Main region. Whether it stays a temporary fix or gets repaired straight away depends on the findings: whatever we can solve with what we carry, we solve immediately – for everything else we prefabricate the parts and come back with a firm date.

Can you handle a rollout across many sites?

Yes. We have rolled out wheel chock and restraint systems at more than 50 sites. We plan the route, schedule dedicated teams, carry out the work identically everywhere and deliver a separate report for each location. The advantage for you: one point of contact instead of a dozen regional firms with varying results.

Do you handle inspection defects and recommissioning as well?

Yes. We properly repair flagged welds and load-bearing structures and document the work so the closed dock door can be released again. The formal re-inspection is carried out by your competent person or inspector – we provide the basis for it.

What do you do when a spare part is no longer available?

Then we make it. Our workshop in Rodgau has metalworking, welding and a milling machine – fitting pieces, reinforcement plates, brackets and custom impact protection are made in house. With older loading and conveying equipment in particular, that is often the only route that does not end in replacing the whole system.

Which regions do you operate in?

We are based in Rodgau near Frankfurt, with our focus on the Rhine-Main region. For rollouts and larger projects we travel throughout Germany – including Leipzig, the Hanover area and sites right across the country.
