Clearly answered – before it gets difficult
Our teams regularly handle the installation of machines, aggregates or plant components with individual weights ranging from several tonnes to complex systems with a total load of over 100 tonnes. It is not only the weight itself that is decisive, but also the logistical planning: What is the access like? What lifting equipment can be used? What safety-related factors need to be taken into account? We analyse all of this in advance. If your load can be physically moved, we will get it where it needs to be.
Narrow access routes, low ceiling heights and confined spaces within production halls are part of our everyday routine. We use air cushion technology, modular lifting systems, roller systems and small cranes, among other things, to work safely even under the most difficult conditions. Our planning takes into account the possible routes with millimetre precision – including load testing of floors and ceilings.
Yes. On request, we coordinate the entire transport chain – from the pick-up location to the final destination. This includes selecting and booking suitable cranes (mobile cranes, mini cranes, truck-mounted cranes, etc.), working with heavy haulage companies, securing transport routes and, if necessary, obtaining official permits.

Absolutely. For complex installations, we create detailed lift plans in advance and, if desired, complete lift studies including all safety-related aspects. We also prepare risk assessments in accordance with the applicable regulations. All documents are available in German and English on request – fully documented and verifiable.
Depending on the scope of the project and lead time, we can carry out initial site visits, project inspections or preliminary planning within just a few days. Our specialised lift & shift teams are available throughout Germany and can be scaled flexibly – even for weekend work, night shifts or special appointments outside your operating hours.
Yes, we have many years of experience with installations during production operations – for example, in retrofit work, plant conversions or machine relocations. Our processes are designed to minimise the impact on your production. This means clear time slots, quiet technology, coordinated interfaces and smooth handover.
All our employees are SCC certified, regularly trained and experienced in working according to the latest safety guidelines. Before the start of a project, all participants are briefed on the specific safety requirements. In addition, we provide all protocols and documentation after project completion – in two languages if desired.
