Tobias Schott
Founder, doer & team player

As the son of a machine fitter, Tobias Schott knew early on what career path he wanted to pursue. Even as a child, he was on construction sites, learning how to use welding equipment and torque wrenches in his father's workshop – and developing an eye for practical matters.
- Training as a mechatronics engineer
- Further training to become an IHK specialist
- Various additional qualifications (including welding technology, PPE, truss systems)
- 2012 Founding of Omega Mounting
- Since then, building a team that ‘thinks for itself, gets stuck in and sees things through’
The greatest source of pride?
His father even became part of the crew himself – until he retired. He was a walking toolbox and inventor of tricks. Customers and colleagues alike celebrated him.
Today, Tobias not only manages projects – he also works on the construction site himself. ‘Here, the boss still lends a hand himself.’
