Nein. Wir sind kein Serienlieferant und kein Prototypenbau. Wir fertigen Einzelstücke für bestehende Industrieanlagen – das Ersatzteil, das es nicht mehr zu kaufen gibt, oder die Sonderkonstruktion für ein konkretes Problem an einer konkreten Maschine. Für Serien und für Entwicklungsaufträge sind andere Betriebe die richtige Adresse.

Arbeiten Sie auch für Privatkunden oder machen Sie allgemeinen Metallbau?

Nein, wir arbeiten ausschließlich für Industriebetriebe und immer bezogen auf eine bestehende Anlage. Tore, Geländer für den Hausgebrauch oder Ähnliches gehören nicht zu unserem Angebot – dafür gibt es Metallbaubetriebe und Schmieden, die das besser und günstiger können.

Können Sie ein Teil nachbauen, von dem es keine Zeichnung mehr gibt?

Ja, das ist der Normalfall. Wir nehmen das Originalteil als Vorlage – auch gebrochen – oder messen die Einbausituation vor Ort auf und konstruieren danach. Entscheidend sind Sitzmaße, Passungen und Lastrichtungen, nicht die alte Zeichnung. Schicken Sie uns Fotos, dann sagen wir Ihnen, ob es machbar ist.

Wie schnell geht so eine Anfertigung?

Das hängt vom Teil ab, aber der Zeitvorteil ist meist der eigentliche Grund, uns zu beauftragen: Ein Nachbau ist häufig in wenigen Tagen fertig, während eine Abkündigung beim Hersteller monatelange Wartezeit oder gleich den Austausch der ganzen Baugruppe bedeutet. Bauen Sie das Teil auch ein?

Ja, und das ist uns wichtig. Wir bringen es nicht nur vorbei, sondern bauen ein, passen vor Ort an, wo nötig, und prüfen die Funktion. Weil wir ohnehin montieren, warten und schweißen, endet unsere Verantwortung nicht an der Werkstatttür.

Was kostet eine Sonderanfertigung?

Das lässt sich seriös erst nach dem Befund sagen – Material, Aufwand und Zugänglichkeit bestimmen den Preis. Die richtige Vergleichsgröße ist aber selten ein Katalogteil, sondern die Alternative: der Austausch der kompletten Baugruppe oder der Stillstand der Anlage. Gemessen daran ist das Einzelstück fast immer die günstigere Lösung.

A plant is down because a component has broken. The manufacturer no longer supplies it, has discontinued the model or no longer exists at all. That leaves two options: write the plant off – or have the part made.

That is exactly what our workshop in Rodgau is for. We measure up the original or the installation situation on site, design from that and make the piece using welding and milling. And where no part ever existed, we design one: the impact protection that spreads the force into the surface, or the rail system that makes it possible to remove a fan bearing in the first place.

What we deliberately do not do: Series production, prototyping, metalwork for private customers. We make one-offs for industry – where an existing machine or plant needs a spare part and it has to happen quickly.

Do you make series parts or prototypes as well?

No. We are not a series supplier and not a prototype shop. We make one-offs for existing industrial plant – the spare part that can no longer be bought, or the custom design for a specific problem on a specific machine. For series work and development contracts, other companies are the right address.

Do you work for private customers or do general metalwork?

No, we work exclusively for industrial operations and always in relation to an existing plant. Gates, domestic railings and the like are not part of what we offer – there are metalworking shops and forges that do that better and cheaper.

Can you remake a part when no drawing exists any more?

Yes, that is the normal case. We take the original part as our template – broken or not – or measure up the installation situation on site and design from that. What matters are seating dimensions, tolerances and load directions, not the old drawing. Send us photos and we will tell you whether it can be done.

How quickly can something like this be made?

That depends on the part, but the time advantage is usually the real reason clients come to us: a remake is often ready within days, whereas a discontinued part at the manufacturer means months of waiting or replacing the whole assembly. If your plant is down, reach us by WhatsApp or phone.

Do you fit the part as well?

Yes, and that matters to us. We do not just drop it off – we fit it, adjust it on site where needed and check that it works. Since we install, maintain and weld anyway, our responsibility does not end at the workshop door.

What does a custom part cost?

That can only be answered honestly once we have seen it – material, effort and accessibility determine the price. The right comparison, though, is rarely a catalogue part but the alternative: replacing the whole assembly, or the plant standing still. Measured against that, the one-off is almost always the cheaper solution.
