We try to answer the phone. But when our hands are in the machine, a lift is under way or we are working inside a restricted area, that is simply not possible – and you are left holding the line instead of getting an answer.
That is why e-mail and WhatsApp are the faster route. Describe your project once; we get back to you as soon as the work allows – with someone who can actually answer your question. Our office is staffed Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm (CET); on the mobile you will often reach us earlier and later, because our crews are on site long before office hours.

Consultation and a first assessment are free of charge. And if we are not the right partner for your case, we will tell you openly – and usually who could be.
I still work on site myself and personally look after my clients' projects. More than 20 years across a wide range of industries mean I know exactly what I am talking about. That is why you get a first proposed solution from us quickly – not an answer that has to take a detour through a sales department.
