We solve problems where others give up

Since 2012 we have taken on what is technically and logistically demanding – with our own people, our own equipment and a boss who is out on site himself.

An eye for what is feasible – and a passion for the craft

When you work with Omega Mounting, you don't get anonymous project management. You get a team that is passionate about what it does.

Many of us grew up with a toolbox in hand – between our fathers’ workbenches and restoring old tractors. Building, fixing and improving things was never just a job, it was a way of life.

That enthusiasm is what we bring to your projects today – combined with technical skill, industrial experience and clear communication.

Jobs from across our whole range of services – from moving equipment in to dismantling it.

What you gain with us at your side

01We speak industry

Our projects rarely take place on a greenfield site. Usually we work under real conditions – tight spaces, ongoing operation and deadlines that are fixed.

02We think along with you

Not just installation to plan, but genuine support. We bring more than muscle – a sense of proportion, technical experience and logistical foresight.

03We take responsibility

Safety concepts, record keeping, coordination between trades – a team that knows what needs doing and keeps track of the whole picture.

04We deliver solutions

Whether moving in heavy machinery, Dismantling in existing buildings or Maintenance during live operations: we take care of what is technically and logistically demanding.

05Equipment and team from a single source

Special cranes, lifting systems, transport logistics, coordination of other trades – we deliver solutions, not building sites.

06Quick response to bottlenecks

When plant downtime looms, every hour counts. Our lift & shift team is available at short notice throughout Germany – for precisely targeted call-outs.

What we are trusted with

On data center and industrial sites, it is not the loudest advertiser who wins the work but whoever has the certificates. These are the ones we have earned.

Lifting AP / Appointed Person

On data center construction sites we plan, check and take responsibility for lifting operations ourselves – from load calculation through sign-off to supervision on site. This role is not handed out, you work your way into it.

Instructors and examiners

Since 2026 we have trained operators for cranes (TÜV Nord), aerial work platforms and telehandlers ourselves and examine them in house. The expertise sits with us – not with a service provider you have to book first.

Our own EHS standard

Our occupational safety is set out in our own rulebook – bilingual, based on DGUV, BetrSichV and TRBS, with ten binding Omega safety rules. We do not just sign our clients’ requirements, we have our own.

Tobias Schott

Founder, doer and team player – and the reason there is rarely much debate on our sites.

Tobias Schott, Managing Director – usually out on site himself.

“I love delivering projects of any size together with my crew.”

As the son of an industrial mechanic, his career path was clear early on. Tobias Schott was on building sites as a child, got to know welding torches and torque wrenches in the family workshop – and developed an eye for what works in practice.

Today he does not just run projects, he is on site himself. When things get tight, he is where the decisions are made – not on the phone.

  • Training as a mechatronics technician
  • Further training to become an IHK specialist
  • Lifting AP / Appointed Person for lifting operations
  • Instructor and examiner for cranes, aerial work platforms and telehandlers
  • Additional qualifications in welding, fall-arrest PPE and truss systems

The greatest source of pride? His father even became part of the crew himself – until he retired. He was a walking toolbox and inventor of tricks. Customers and colleagues alike celebrated him.

What you can expect from us

  • Highly trained staff with solid qualifications and regular further training
  • Modern equipment for every application
  • Fully equipped service vehicles, ready to go
  • In-house workshop for fast custom solutions
  • Our own spare parts store for short response times
  • Our own machinery, including specialist equipment
  • Team spirit, reliability and a hands-on mentality

The installation crew – the heart of the company

Whether mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics or machine fitting: our team brings a wealth of expertise – complemented by further training in project and quality management, safety and lifting technology. And above all by the one thing you cannot train: sticking together.

On siteThe installation crew

Mechanics, electricians, mechatronics technicians and machine fitters – each with their own tools, their own vehicle and the experience to carry on when the plan no longer fits. Sticking together is not an empty phrase here: whoever finishes first helps the next one.

In the officeAnne Duchmann

Back office and organisation. She keeps appointments, certificates and paperwork together so the work outside can go ahead – and for many clients she is the first voice to call back.

What we turn up with

Our customers regularly ask us about our equipment. It is the reason we can drive out once and then get to work – instead of having to fetch something in between.

The lift & shift trailer

Everything on board to lift and move loads: round slings, chains and shackles, chain hoists, machine skates, control cabinet trolleys, screw-in lifting points and the complete equipment for fall protection. One trip, every eventuality covered.

The mobile workshop

For data centers we have built a workshop that stands on wheels and is organised in labelled boxes. It can be pushed one floor further in a few minutes and grows with the project.

One box, one task

The pump box holds the glycol and diesel pumps together with spill kit, oil absorbent, safety glasses and gloves. The safety equipment sits next to the tools before anyone asks for it – every box labelled, with safety data sheets filed.

Service vans like fire engines

Hand tools, machines and consumables are permanently stowed. Our fitters do not have to pack in the morning, they just get in. That is the unspectacular reason we are on site quickly.

Our own workshop in Rodgau

Ninety-nine percent of our work takes place at your site. In case a spare part is no longer available, we have a lathe and milling machine: reworking shafts, making bushes, face-milling a gearbox block. We are not a contract manufacturer – we are your plan B when there is no other.

Trailers for the next case

If no existing trailer fits the project, we build one that does. That is the part of our work we really thrive on.

About us: briefly answered

How long has Omega Mounting existed?

Since 2012, founded in Rodgau near Frankfurt. Operating as a GmbH since 2019.

Do you work with your own people or with subcontractors?

The core is our own crew – permanently employed, with their own tools and vehicles. For large projects we add established partner crews we have known for years and supervise ourselves. Companies that would like to work with us as subcontractors will find the requirements and the process on our page for partner companies.

What area do you cover?

Our focus is the Rhine-Main region around Rodgau and Frankfurt. For projects that suit us, we work throughout Germany and across Europe.

Can you handle English-language projects as well?

Yes. On international data center sites, English as the project language and English documentation are standard for us.

How many people work at Omega Mounting?

Our core team consists of 15 employees, most of them out on installation – the managing director included. The team includes fitters, electricians, mechatronics technicians, a technician and colleagues with production experience, plus installation assistants. It is exactly this mix that allows us to stand in front of a plant with three or four trades at once, instead of ordering another company for every step.

Do I get the same people on every job?

Yes. Our customers are looked after permanently by the same fitters. Whoever installed or serviced your plant once will recognise it next time – you never explain anything twice. We consider that the greatest benefit we can offer.

Who do you not work for?

For private households we are usually the wrong address: travel, lifting equipment and skilled staff go beyond the scope of a private task. And we do not work for clients who treat our people disrespectfully. Our team comes first with us – where people work together respectfully, we stay for years in return.
