SERVICES: THE ENTIRE LIFECYCLE OF A PLANT

Moving in, installing, connecting, maintaining, relocating, dismantling – we support an industrial plant from delivery to its last day on site. As an installation company with our own industrial fitters, not as an agency.

ONE COMPANY FOR THE ENTIRE LIFECYCLE

Most providers cover only part of the picture: one commissions the machine, the next maintains it, a third dismantles it at some point. Knowledge is lost at every handover – and when something does not fit, nobody did it.

We cover the whole chain – an installation service that does not end at commissioning. We move a plant in, build it up, connect it, fabricate the parts that are missing from the existing stock, maintain and repair it over the years, relocate it when the site changes, and dismantle it when its time is over.

The practical benefit usually shows up late: whoever moved a plant in and maintained it for years knows the routes, the connection points and the weak spots when it comes to dismantling – from their own records.

Anyone buying installation services usually compares three things: scope, availability and who ultimately takes responsibility. Omega Mounting is your partner for industrial installation across the entire lifecycle – moving in, assembly, maintenance, relocation and dismantling from a single source. For this we put together installation teams that cover mechanics, electrics and welding, instead of bringing a separate company to site for every trade.

FOUR THINGS THAT APPLY TO EVERY SERVICE

All trades in one team

Mechanical assembly, electrics and welding by the same people. Installation right up to the main switch, sensors adjusted, trial run supervised – no company waiting on another.

Working during live operations

Next to the line, in hygiene areas, in restricted zones or on the redundant string: we work where production continues alongside – with the necessary permits.

Our own lifting equipment and fabrication

Mini cranes and spider cranes for finished buildings, our own metalworking shop in Rodgau for the part that is no longer available. Both prevent downtime that others simply have to accept.

Cause rather than symptom

We do not just hand over a list of findings – we fix what can be fixed during the same visit, and look for the cause rather than the symptom.

SIX SERVICES THAT INTERLOCK

Every service page describes the process, the limits and documented jobs from our project diary – from industrial installation to dismantling.

FROM MOVE-IN TO REMOVAL

The six services are not a list but stages. Most clients start with one – and stay with us through several.

Moving inLift & Shift
Before anything can be installed, it has to get inside. Where no crane can reach any more, our work begins.
Install & connectIndustrial installation
Positioning, aligning, linking, connecting and commissioning – until the plant is producing, not just standing there.
AdaptingCustom fabrication
In existing plant, things rarely fit first time. Whatever is missing or no longer available is made in our own workshop.
OperatingMaintenance & servicing
The longest phase in the life of a plant. This is where it is decided whether it lasts ten years or three.
RelocatingMachinery relocation
When the plant stays but the location changes: dismantled with full documentation and brought back into operation at the destination.
DismantlingIndustrial dismantling
At the end comes dismantling. Whoever installed and maintained the plant will also take it apart fastest.

HOW A JOB RUNS WITH US

01ENQUIRYYou describe what it is about. We ask about what determines the process: access routes, loads, time windows, permits.
02SITE WALKWe take a look at the plant. Photos are no substitute for a site visit – only there does it become clear what is really feasible.
03QUOTATION & PLANNINGProcess, team, equipment and schedule in writing. Whatever can be prefabricated is made in Rodgau beforehand.
04DELIVERY & HANDOVERWork happens within the agreed window, not by improvisation. At the end: function test, documentation and report.

PROJECTS FROM ALL SERVICE AREAS

No marketing copy – documented jobs with real findings, all in our job diary.

SERVICES: STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Do I have to order all services from you?

No. Most working relationships start with a single job – a repair, a move-in, a missing spare part. That it often grows from there is not down to a package but to the fact that we know the plant afterwards. You decide again at every step.

What is the advantage of awarding everything to one company?

Above all, the handover points disappear. When dismantling, transport and installation are split between three companies, responsibility gets lost along the way – and when there is a problem, nobody did it. On top of that comes knowledge of the plant: whoever moved it in and maintained it knows the routes and weak points for dismantling from their own records.

Do you also work as a subcontractor for main contractors?

Yes – in data center construction in particular, that is the norm. We know the requirements for documentation and safety – RAMS, permits, lift plans – and supply them in German or English, in the format your client requires.

How quickly can you start?

For planned work we need lead time for procurement and prefabrication, usually two to three weeks. In the event of a breakdown we can be reached by WhatsApp and phone and are usually on site within a day in the Rhine-Main region. Whatever we can solve with what we carry, we solve straight away.

Do you take on small jobs as well?

Yes. A single repair, a part to be remanufactured or a machine that needs to move two metres – that is everyday work, not a special case. For series production and prototyping, however, other companies are the right address.

Which regions do you work in?

We are based in Rodgau near Frankfurt, with our focus on the Rhine-Main region. For rollouts and larger projects we travel throughout Germany, and for relocations across Europe as well – including Italy, France and Luxembourg.
