Which trades we award
We are not looking for individual temporary helpers but for companies with their own crew, their own tools and a person in charge who can make decisions on site.
Industrial and plant installation
Setting up, aligning and linking machines. Steel structures, conveyor technology, special-purpose machinery.
data center
Installation in the whitespace, lift & shift, setting up cooling and power equipment, supporting commissioning.
Pipework and ductwork
Pipe installation, support construction, welding work with valid procedure qualifications.
Electrical installation
Cable pulling, cable tray installation, control cabinet installation, connection work by qualified electricians.
Fitters and welders
Welder qualifications to DIN EN ISO 9606, metalwork, on-site adjustments.
Maintenance and servicing
Recurring maintenance of conveyor technology, electric overhead conveyors and sorting systems — including in night and weekend windows.

Steady workload instead of one-off jobs
We work on several sites in parallel. Those who prove themselves get follow-up orders — not one job and then radio silence.

Our focus is the Rhine-Main region around Frankfurt. Your people are at home in the evening instead of in lodgings 400 kilometres away.
A point of contact who stands on the site
Our supervisors are on site, not on the phone. Questions are resolved where they arise.
Clean work packages
You get a defined scope, the necessary documents and the approvals. No standing around because material is missing.
Tools and lifting equipment
We provide large tools, lifting gear and lifting accessories. You bring your hand tools and your PPE.
Payment without argument
Measurements and invoices are checked and settled promptly. We know that a crew lives on incoming payments, not on promises.
What we need from you
Our clients vet every company that enters their site. What is listed here is therefore not bureaucracy on our part, but the ticket onto the site. Complete documents considerably speed up everything that follows.
Company and tax
Business registration, commercial register extract, exemption certificate under § 48b EStG (German Income Tax Act), tax clearance certificate from the tax office.
Social insurance
Clearance certificates from the employers' liability insurance association (Berufsgenossenschaft) and the health insurance funds; A1 certificates for posted workers.
Insurance
Public liability insurance with adequate cover, proof of current premium payment.
Minimum wage
Declaration of compliance with minimum wage and collective agreement requirements, including for any subcontractors you deploy.
Qualifications
Depending on the trade: welder qualifications, qualified electrician status, operator licences for forklifts, aerial work platforms and cranes, competence in lifting accessories, fall-arrest PPE.
Occupational safety
Own PPE in perfect condition, documented briefings, risk assessments for your own activities. SCC or a comparable certification is an advantage but not a requirement.
Communication on site: At least one person per crew must be able to communicate in German or English — safety inductions and approvals are conducted in these languages.
How the cooperation starts
From first contact to first job normally takes two to four weeks — depending on how quickly the documents are available.

A manageable work package where both sides can see whether it fits. With a supervisor at your side.
Permanent cooperation
If the first job goes well, you join our established circle and are approached on an ongoing basis.

Do you also take individuals or sole traders?
This page is aimed at companies with their own crew. If you work alone or as a pair on an invoice basis, you are still in the right place with us — just elsewhere: our careers portal has a dedicated listing for this, where we provide the service vehicle and tools. How big does the crew need to be?
Two to eight people is the size we work with most often. Larger companies are welcome, smaller ones too — what matters is that a responsible person is present who can make decisions on site.
Where are the sites?
Our focus is the Rhine-Main region with Frankfurt, Offenbach, Hanau and the surrounding area. Individual jobs go beyond that, including across Europe — we discuss that beforehand, never at short notice.
We are based abroad. Is that possible?
Yes, we have been working with partner companies from other European countries for years. The requirements are A1 certificates, registration under the German Posted Workers Act (Arbeitnehmer-Entsendegesetz) and one person per crew who speaks German or English. We help with accommodation.
How is it billed?
Depending on the job, on an hourly basis or as a lump sum for a defined work package. We agree the rates in conversation before the first person sets foot on site — not afterwards.
We do not have SCC. Are we out?
No. SCC helps, but it is not a requirement. What matters are valid proof of qualifications, proper PPE and documented briefings. We support you with the requirements of individual clients.
How quickly do you need us?
It varies. Sometimes we ask at short notice for the coming week, often we plan several weeks ahead. Those on our list hear about both.
