Plant installation at the end customer

You build the plant – we install it at the end customer. Plant installation and installation of industrial systems as a service: as an extended workbench for plant builders, machine manufacturers and planners – across Germany, in other European countries and with documentation you can pass on to your customer.

You supply the components – we supply the hands and the tools

Building a plant is one thing. Installing it at the customer is another: an unfamiliar hall, an unfamiliar access road, a hall floor with a gradient, a crane that can no longer get in, and an end customer who wants to keep producing while installation is under way.

Exactly this part is our business. You supply the components, the installation instructions and the date. We supply the installation team, the lifting equipment and the tools – and present ourselves at the end customer the way you would expect from your own people.

In the end you get not only an installed plant but also the paperwork to go with it: installation report, photos, test and acceptance records. Ready for your customer file.

For manufacturers and plant builders we take on the installation work at the end customer – as an installation partner, not as temporary labour. This ranges from the mechanical installation of individual modules to the complete line, including industrial installation for special-purpose machine builders: you build and commission, our installation teams move in, align and install on site.

What this means for you as a manufacturer

Your name stays clean

At the end customer, your brand is not put at risk because somebody improvised. We work to your installation instructions, to your quality standard – and present ourselves the way you would expect from your own crew.

Capacity without permanent hires

Order peaks, series roll-outs, a project in a region where you have nobody: you add installation capacity without building up staff you have to carry between projects.

All trades from one team

Mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, pneumatics, controls. You do not coordinate four companies and their mutual blame games – you have one contact for the result.

We bring the equipment

Lifting systems, special trailers, workshop vans, tools. Even when there is nothing on site at the end customer and the crane can no longer get in.

Documentation you can pass on

Installation reports, photo documentation, test and acceptance records – in the format your customer expects. You get paperwork, not rework.

Also at the end customer during ongoing operations

Most plants do not go onto a greenfield site but into a hall where production continues. That is exactly our everyday work.

What we take on at the end customer

From unloading to handover – depending on where your service ends and ours is to begin.

Delivery and site logistics

Transport supervision, unloading, interim storage and floor-space logistics at the end customer – including incoming goods inspection against your parts list.

Moving in and rigging

Even when the building is already finished: heavy loads through doorways, across floors, around existing machines – with our own lifting equipment and a lifting AP.

Foundation and alignment

Anchoring, shimming, levelling, surveying – with a measurement report. The basis for your plant running as planned later on.

Mechanical installation

Pre-assembly, final assembly and new installation: bringing modules together, pipework, pneumatics, hydraulics, safety guards and panelling – to your instructions and your tolerances.

Electrical and utility connection

Electrical, utility and compressed-air connection up to the interface you define – and support for your commissioning engineer on site.

Handover and documentation

Supervising the trial run, working through the punch list, preparing acceptance. You get the installation report, photos and records for your customer file.

Series roll-out at several sites

Same plant, many sites, same result: we work through the series with the same people and the same checklist.

Relocation of existing plant

When your customer moves or converts: dismantling, labelling, packing, transporting, and at the new site reinstalling and restarting.

How the collaboration works

Four steps in which it is clear who does what. The most important one happens before anyone sets off.

1

Briefing

You send us the installation instructions, parts list, drawings and the date at the end customer. We tell you what we need, what we will bring and where we see a need for clarification – before anyone sets off.

2

Preparation

Assigning the team, scheduling lifting equipment and tools, clarifying access and the safety induction at the end customer. If lifting accessories, adapters or fitting pieces are missing, we pre-fabricate them in our workshop.

3

Installation on site

We install to your instructions and get in touch if something does not fit – with a photo and a proposal, not with a query without a solution. If required, we are there at night, at weekends or during the shutdown.

Who we install for

Plant and special-purpose machine builders

You build and deliver – we install at the end customer, from special-purpose machines to assembly automation. Even when the site is far away from your factory.

Machine manufacturers with series roll-outs

The same plant at many sites: we work through the series with the same crew and the same checklist.

Manufacturers without their own installation crew

You have design and production in house, but no crew for the site. That is exactly what we provide.

General contractors and planners

You are responsible for an overall project and need a trade that thinks ahead, documents and keeps to the schedule.

Intralogistics and conveyor technology

Racking systems, conveyor lines, sorting and overhead conveyor systems – moved in and installed, often during ongoing operations.

Energy and building services

Generators, transformers, air-conditioning and refrigeration: heavy, sensitive and rarely where a crane can reach.

What matters here

Two things make the difference: who we are accountable to – and what happens when things look different on site than on the drawing.

“

You supply the components – we supply the hands and the tools. So that your plant is installed cleanly and properly at the end customer, and your name stands for exactly that.”

Plant installation or industrial installation – which suits you?

plant installation is this page: you are a manufacturer, plant builder or planner and need someone to install your plant at the end customer.

Industrial installation is the other case: you run a production facility yourself and want something installed in your own hall. For that we have a dedicated page on installation in existing facilities.

Technically the work is often the same. The difference lies in who we are accountable to – and that determines how we document and hand over.

Plant installation: straight answers

Do you also install to our own installation instructions?

Yes, that is the normal case. We work to your documents and your tolerances. If we notice something that does not work in practice, we report it with a photo and a proposed solution – before we change anything on our own initiative.

How far do you travel?

The focus is on the Rhine-Main region; we work across Germany and in other European countries. On international sites, coordination and documentation in English are everyday practice for us.

Can you work through several sites one after the other?

Yes. Series roll-outs are a focus of their own: the same plant at many sites, with the same crew and the same checklist, so that the result looks the same everywhere.

What happens if something is missing or does not fit at the end customer?

We contact you immediately – with a photo, findings and a proposal. Small parts, adapters and fitting pieces we fabricate in our own workshop if required, rather than letting the date collapse.

Do you also handle commissioning?

The mechanical part and the connection side up to the interface you define. The actual commissioning is usually done by your specialist – we support them on site and work through the punch list.

What documentation do we receive?

Installation report, photo documentation, test and acceptance records – in your format on request, so that you can pass them straight on to your customer.

Are you approved for sites with pre-qualification?

Yes. We are listed in the subcontractor programmes of several general contractors, including in data center construction, and work to our own bilingual EHS standard.

How quickly can you start?

That depends on the scope. A phone call is enough for a first reliable assessment – you will be talking to someone who has done the work themselves, not to a sales department.

Tell us about your plant

Send us a drawing, a parts list or simply a few photos – we will tell you how we would install it, what we need for it and what it costs. A phone call is enough to start with.
